Preparing for Welcome Fair

Make sure you can explain, in no more than 20 seconds, what your society is and what you do.
Are you going to run an activity? If so, how long is it, and what do you need to run it?
How are you going to collect people's information? We recommend a spreadsheet (not paper) to collect people's names and email addresses.
How are you going to be identifiable? Do you have posters or banners?
Do you plan on just being at Welcome Fair or running a standalone event throughout the week?
