If you started your undergraduate degree in 2014 or after, you will receive a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) when you graduate.

It’s a nationally standardised record of all your university achievements and recognises your co-curricular activities as well as your academic learning. You don’t need to register, the HEAR starts when you enroll.

Your co-curricular achievements are recorded in Section 6.1 of the HEAR. There are almost 100 ‘HEARable’ activities. They include being a president, committee member or treasurer of a society, captain of a sports club and sports awards and society awards presented on Student Awards Night.

Committee members can opt in/out of HEAR when they fill in their Committee Member Information Form.

To gain your HEAR for your work within Sports, you must;

• Serve a full academic year in your position

• Help to organise one meeting/event for your society
